CHICAGO
TRAVEL GUIDE: CHICAGO
Chicago is an amazing place to spend a weekend. I truly understand where its nickname of the "Windy City" comes from. If you are going during it's colder months remember to layer up and bring some leggings to keep you warm under jeans. (I was actually freezing during my recent visit.) The best time to visit Chicago is during the summer when you can take a boat out on Lake Michigan and enjoy the city skyline. Check out my pictures below and my guide to the Windy City.
WHERE TO PLAY/SHOP: I love walking Michigan Ave which has the most amazing shopping. You can find just about anything and everything. This was the first time going to Chicago P.B (Post blog creation) so of course, I was hoping for some killer backgrounds for the gram.
One of my favorite spots for pictures was The Flamingo Rum Club. Around the corner from the entrance is an Instagram-worthy mural of flamingos. I'm so glad to of found that the hype met my expectations when I finally got to visit the legendary Restoration Hardware store. Enjoy this mega store with 5 floors of lust-worthy home decor that had me dreaming of a much bigger NYC apartment...
