BOO! My Halloween Party Decor!

I absolutely love Halloween, partly because of the candy and the chance to let your imagination run free. This year I took my love for Halloween to another level by actually planning a dinner party. I challenged myself to keep the decor to under $100. With amazing selections from websites like Party City, Target, Etsy and Amazon it wasn't too hard to keep it under the budget.
